The FLEX-5P is a Pull to Pressure tool, allowing the part to be installed in varying material thickness, while the FLEX-5S is a Pull to Stroke tool, pulling to the same distance for every pull. FLEX-5 installs parts ranging from M3-M10 and 4-40 - 3/8-16, can also install rivet nut studs, and pulls up to 5,000 lbs of pulling force at 90 psi. FLEX-18 installs M8 to M16 and 5/16-18 to 3/4-10 size rivet nuts at 18,000 lbs of pulling force.
